Pros

Executive leadership is phenomenal and all are very approachable and engaged. They drive a focused strategy that we can all rally behind. It's very rewarding to be part of a company where everyone truly believes in our mission. Employees are dedicated and work with urgency to get things done. But at the same time, we keep it fun and there's always some event happening to keep us all engaged and happy. Play hard, work harder. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and offices are hip and cool so work environment is very comfortable. There is a busy pace, but that's because there are so many exciting projects in the works.

Cons

Some teams seem to have heavier share of work load compared to others, which can make it tough on work/life balance. Communication can be a challenge with remote teams. Some growing pains that require changes in processes and more red tape, but that comes with high-growth.

Pros

Very supportive managers and a fun, highly collaborative team. The department fosters an environment where ideas are openly shared and opportunities for improvement are discussed constructively without toxicity. Truly the best company I’ve worked for so far.

Cons

The interview process was somewhat lengthy, and salary discussions were not entirely consistent.

Pros

It was okay before the favoritism and gender pay gaps

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism. When I found out I was making far less than a male coworker in the same role with less years of experience, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Also, the CEO is far too involved in Product and dictates rather than collaborates
