Pros

Can’t think of any at the moment

Cons

Toxic culture. Super cliquey. If you like to keep your nose down and get work done without playing politics, look elsewhere. They also just cut a large portion of the sales staff which makes it clear that this company is not in it for the long haul. If you want a stable job in this economy, don’t start here. Good luck to you.

While the recent organizational changes were tough on everyone, it was a necessary business decision that will enable us to continue investing in our people and products. Our management team strives to be as transparent as possible by sending frequent company and product updates and hosting a monthly All Hands meeting to review and discuss our progress against our annual operating plan.

Pros

Very supportive managers and a fun, highly collaborative team. The department fosters an environment where ideas are openly shared and opportunities for improvement are discussed constructively without toxicity. Truly the best company I’ve worked for so far.

Cons

The interview process was somewhat lengthy, and salary discussions were not entirely consistent.

Pros

It was okay before the favoritism and gender pay gaps

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism. When I found out I was making far less than a male coworker in the same role with less years of experience, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Also, the CEO is far too involved in Product and dictates rather than collaborates
