Pros
I'm very impressed by upper management and the CEO, as they have left a great imprint on the technical industry. The CEO, also the founder, hosts meetings on his own and his enthusiasm is great. Management always encourages growth and will take personal time to assess your concerns, such as your comfort in your department and where you feel you may fit in best. The amount of support from other departments as well as the positive atmosphere is great and the meetings make you feel energized. The time off policy is open to discussion, meaning you may tend to emergencies as well as personal events that would conflict with your time. If needed, you may also work from home. The CEO feels very strongly about high morale in the workplace, but also believes in consistency, as collaboration is important.There is no one person job around here and that's a good thing. The company also offers perks, full benefits, and organizes retreats (picnics, summits, parties, etc.). The HQ in particular feels a lot like home in some ways. And the truly most important thing: the training is very long, but it's definitely a personal achievement. There's never been a person who couldn't offer help or consider your findings.
Cons
The demand has highs and lows and may require more time in the office, but this is a rare occurrence and depends on the outcome of product releases. The training is long and may be discouraging to some, but eventually it becomes a daily part of your routine and it gets easier.
