Pros

Some nice people there but this is true in any company

Cons

They lured me to join because they were supposedly going IPO. I am still waiting! They also were supposed to offer me a management position. It never happened. Too much politics in there, the RSD (who never held this position before) did not have a clue what he was doing. We had to go out there and sell some half developed products. I left not to impact my credibility further

Pros

Very supportive managers and a fun, highly collaborative team. The department fosters an environment where ideas are openly shared and opportunities for improvement are discussed constructively without toxicity. Truly the best company I’ve worked for so far.

Cons

The interview process was somewhat lengthy, and salary discussions were not entirely consistent.

Pros

It was okay before the favoritism and gender pay gaps

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism. When I found out I was making far less than a male coworker in the same role with less years of experience, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Also, the CEO is far too involved in Product and dictates rather than collaborates
