      - great international colleagues, friendly enviromnent - opportunities to get responsibilities very quickly and to travel - small company therefore it can be more flexible that massive well-structured companies on certain points

      Cons

      - HR needs to be improved - projects can be tedious, but you can get some really good ones - salary is not competitive
