      Staff is friendly, you are challenged, pay is decent for entry level

      Cons

      Poor communication habits amongst management, company training almost irrelevant to projects, team seemed too busy to train or offer guidance, working from home (due to covid) amplified all of these issues. I was unbearably stressed every day.

      Great working environment, lots of great leadership, ability to learn many industries before specializing.

      Some projects are long which you end up reaching a limit on how much you can keep learning.
