Pros
Management Solutions has been an amazing first job for me to start my professional career. My manager and colleagues in MS helped me tremendously in getting acclimated to a professional work setting. MS also allows you to thrive while handing you responsibilities and opportunities that teach you tremendous lessons and career skills from the jump.
Cons
The only con of working at MS that I have faced so far in my career was getting used to meeting with clients over teams/Skype as opposed to in person. However this is something every company had to get used to during the pandemic.
