Pros
+ Good starting point into career (basic skill coverage of software, banking and general skills) + Exposure to banking industry + Atmosphere among junior employees + Personal exposure to projects was adequate to my liking (based on individual experience)
Cons
- Salary and benefits too low for the expectations set (not competitive enough) - Senior management improvement required to manage junior employees - Long hours required (work/life balance could be better) - Communication channels require improvement (within the company structure towards an employee) - Organisation of corporate activities (very limited compared to other consultancies in the industry) - Travelling opportunities are limited for London based consultants
