The worst company I’ve ever worked for. - Administrative Management & Training Corp. Employee Review

This is one of the worst organizations I’ve worked for. Minimal quality training, Minimal pay. Minimal support from management and the corporate office. This company pushed every single manager out of their roles in a 5 year period with unrealistic expectations and an ever increasing workload. The pay is atrocious compared with any local company. A 100 million dollar budget over the length of the contract and it’s pillaged by the corporate office. The first company I’ve experienced that was truly “profits over people.” Willing to violate job corps zero tolerance policy to keep enrollment numbers up.
