Pros

excellent benefits, life and health insurance benefits and a good work life balance. They were very willing to work with me in my work hours. It was a private prison and I did enjoy working with the inmates

Cons

Not many cons really. I suppose the only real con is there were not formal break to take lunches so it was catch as catch can. We were not allowed to take lunch in our office.

Pros

The company is out there working to be a force for good in the world. Being a part of that is awesome.

Cons

They don’t not pay well enough across the board. Being in the role I was, I saw everyone’s salaries. For the work required, the pay is not nearly enough. Which also means that with lower salaries, you attract lower quality (generally) talent which translates to a lower quality work experience.
