Good career and great place to work. Like any other career- time and energy must be put into pursing what you wish to make of it.

I cannot say there are any cons.

The company is out there working to be a force for good in the world. Being a part of that is awesome.

They don’t not pay well enough across the board. Being in the role I was, I saw everyone’s salaries. For the work required, the pay is not nearly enough. Which also means that with lower salaries, you attract lower quality (generally) talent which translates to a lower quality work experience.
