Not the best - Anonymous employee Mango Employee Review

Disorganisation, I have never known a company to run the way mango does. No identity, they are trying to imitate other high street retailers but in the process are loosing themselves, backwards on technology, no perks or incentive for working for mango, staff discount is the worst on the high street. No progression at senior manager level. The worst of it all is that you feel you’re in an abusive relationship, they take so much from you and the moment you say no, you’re public enemy number 1. Everyone is out for themselves. The area managers don’t and won’t defend their managers, they are more than happy to throw them under the bus to save their own skin. It is as if you’re not allowed to have a work life balance. If you request flexible working, they do all they can to frustrate the process and you eventually have to backdown
