Pros
The calm atmosphere, without excessive deadlines and flexible schedules. Good salaries for entry level/internships.
Cons
It is a retail company, as you could imagine the most valued people are the business one. They have the best installation to work and they decide which projects are most important, they are the clients for most part of all the IT products. This can be understood, but the worst think is that they fear AI/machine learning. Basically, they believe that they will lose their jobs, or the algorithms cannot do what they do. The third think is that is hard to stay in this company if you are young. The workplace is old-fashioned, far from Barcelona and in the break times you can only walk outside. The only activities proposed by the company I think that are not for my generation, less than 25 years old.
