Pros

They have a lot of tools in an updated format in a retail environment that usually is not with the times. Decent work life balance and benefits.

Cons

They do not know how to help or give feedback. They expect without even showing the basics of a role. If you mess up they just cut you loose. I saw turnover in 5 roles in under 6 months all simple mistakes that would have easily been learning moments for a very skilled employee but instead just being thrown away. This made for a strenuous uncomfortable work environment, working with immense pressure hoping to not lose your job that day. Salary/Hourly compensation is not competitive with todays market. Multiple of management team are biased to make themselves only look good. Upper management have also been unprofessional in front of customers, with outbursts (cussing) or treating someone incompetent if they struggled with a return policy or asking for help with their online system.

Pros

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
