      Pros

      Very client centered, well-staffed, mature and ethical staff, all employees had prep time. This was a very collaborative environment. This is an excellent company to learn how to be a behavior analyst!

      Cons

      The model is dated with set 8:30-4:30 in-person model for BAs and direct care staff. The company is expanding its client base and should do this more gradually as 3 teens joined the center around the same time and a more gradual rolling out of this would have been beneficial.

      Pros

      Some of the best trainers and senior supervisors I have ever been mentored by. Really helped set me up for my career.

      Cons

      Hard days with work that had to sometimes be completed at home. No "quiet" days.

      Pros

      The kids and commrodery with coworkers. Good health insurance/high pay(but not worth it)

      Cons

      Management is so horrible. I cant express their lack of appreciation to frontline staff. As others said, building is in horrible condition with frequent construction and only one staff bathroom. You'll hear alot about what youre doing wrong, but will never hear a "good job" ever. MBC used to be a great company and has drastically declined in the past 4 years of being here to just another money hungry ABA center. Also once you put in your notice be prepared to be treated like garbage before you even walk out of the door.
