Pros
Leadership team looks for new and innovative ways to make work efficient for everyone. People are often recognized for their work and new ideas/suggestions are always encouraged. Strategies for smart business growth are usually in place. Plans are usually communicated in an effective manner. The office culture and environment is friendly and open. There is always collaboration going on and people are always willing to help/answer questions. People are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The management team has done an excellent job in response to the COVID-19 situation. In my opinion, employees have been provided the tools they need to sucessfully and comfortably work remotely and stay safe during this time. We have also been provided many resources and tools to stay informed on the situation and benefits that may aid us. Free bagels and fruits every Wednesday! This is always something the office looks forward to. There are a number of committees from Professional Development to a charity committee. There is spot for everyone to be able to explore their interests.
Cons
I have not had many cons in my experience thus far. One big one that comes to mind though it paying to park (though this is somewhat alleviated through the Flexible Spending Account).
