There are way better opportunities out there!

Cons

The micro-managing is so bad, it comes from the CFO HERSELF. She will force your direct supervisor to "shave" your timesheets so if you're stuck on a 20- min phone call with a client after your shift ends, you will not be paid for it. Once I pointed out how illegal this was, I was fired. Hopefully someone out there has the money to secure a lawyer. I still have the evidence!

The statements implied do not correspond with any of our management team, including the CFO, he does not oversee call centers. We pride ourselves in work/life balance for our team members. When the season is busy, overtime is given as an option to those employee's who choose to work the extra hours. They are also given a flexible work schedule.

The pace is very fast. It was similiar to what I had done at previous jobs.

Cons

Manhattan Life did not give me enough accrued time off to go to all of my doctor appointments. I had cancer and they would not make an exception because I had been employed there less than 1 year.

It’s easy to get time off. Great bosses. Work is somewhat easy once you know what you are doing.

Cons

Have to log in on set hours. Raises arnt the best.
