Pros

WFH 2 days a week, half Friday’s, many holidays off, easy work, good benefits.

Cons

Extreme favoritism/unprofessionalism in the WK/Individual department. The team leads/supervisors are older women who are petty, insecure, and jealous of the younger women in the office. They will act like your friend and the second you leave, they will talk bad about you. They will try to find any reason to get you fired if they don’t like you. I was followed, micromanaged, and had a group chat made about me on the company’s communication app because of the jealousy. These women were coming in early & leaving later just to keep track of me. They make personal issues into work related ones. They breached company guidelines and began harassing me. I was the top processor and contributed too much to the team for them to rightfully fire me. HR has gotten many complaints about them but they never had any disciplinary action. The main manager was fired but the other 5 women who were involved had no consequences but a slap on the hand. If you can stay to yourself, be quiet, be a yes man, and do what you’re told without questioning the decision of management, you might stay.

Pros

The pace is very fast. It was similiar to what I had done at previous jobs.

Cons

Manhattan Life did not give me enough accrued time off to go to all of my doctor appointments. I had cancer and they would not make an exception because I had been employed there less than 1 year.
