The Company is good to work for, but it all depends on which location you are at. There are General Managers that want to fire anyone that makes a mistake, such as trying to fire someone that has an accident with a snow plow when the company never gave him training on how to use one. The other down side is that they are not competitive on their driver wages. Some of their senior managers in the Manheim locations are not ethical in their dealings with the public on the inspections they pay for.
