Pros

The level of support that comes from your fellow workers is like a family business. People want to see you do well and they want to perform the best they can. Customer experience is the key factor now.

Cons

I had to share my knowledge and train others to do my job and after a few months I was dismissed. The mid management is struggling to balance they way things were done before with how corporate wants it done now. Everything is done with some form of metric to measure performance and production. I see that customer service suffered do to the metric based way of doing things.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

Cons

Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
