Intelligent leaders, clear direction of the organisation - they are looking to be a true global workforce solution provider
Cons
Lack of benefits - no discounted education, external accredited training, bare minimum kiwisaver (retirement fund), base salary is lower than market rate and commission component also not very strong. Has a strong global offering but does not provide opportunities for employees to work across the different countries or markets.
