      Little or no management -

      Cons

      Manpower managment fails to recognize that associates are their product and if they continue to loose experienced people they will have nothing to sell. That being said they also do not have any idea of what the associates do - so have nothing to negotiate with when in contract talks .

      Pros

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Cons

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
