It is always encouraging to hear positive accounts of the progression on offer, though I do take on board your comment about individuals having to have a clear idea of what they want in order to push forward. While I agree that a clear direction can be helpful, I do not believe anyone should be held back by not knowing how they would like to progress. Our business must support all colleagues, which is just one of the reasons we launched a weekly programme across our Manpower branches for teams to focus on their personal and professional development.
