      Pros

      Bonus Structure is good - if you can achieve targets that are sometimes unrealistic and constantly change

      Cons

      Senior Leadership isn't great - knee jerk reactions on decisions, I personally didn't feel valued after making the company a lot of money and I was constantly hitting targets.
