Pros

Nothing pleasant to say as I was consistently scrutinised even after months with this company.

Cons

Recruitment team needs to be trained/ educated on inclusivity/diversity as they treat non uk staff badly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry about your poor experience and in particular that you believe you were continually scrutinised and not provided the sufficient trust and autonomy to perform your role as you saw fit. I can understand your frustration as this doesn’t sound like the work environment we endeavour to offer. Most importantly, I am concerned to learn that you have reservations around inclusivity and diversity. At our business we are committed to, and pride ourselves on, our high ethical standards. All our staff are expected to be respectful towards their candidates, clients and colleagues. I would like to ask you to please get in touch with us via the following form so that we can investigate this matter fully. I realise you're no longer working with us but please accept my apologies and rest assured that we will handle this complaint. http://www.manpower.co.uk/staticpages/10375/escalate-a-complaint/

Pros

This job is amazing. I wanted to learn a new skill to enhance my current skillset. I'm learning to fix DME (Durable Medical Equipment), which is something I always wanted to learn how to do. This has provided me that opportunity. The staff at Manpower and Bio One have been great. The employees (my colleagues) are amazing and funny people. It's a pleasure to go into work. It's like a small net family so far. Now keep in mind I've only been working for 3 weeks, but so far it has been a very good experience.

Cons

No cons really other than getting dirty ond 5:30 am wake up.
