      Good incentives given for performing and consistent consultants.

      Cons

      A lot of opportunities are given to people who are related to the senior management while performers are often overlooked Encourages under-performing consultants to hang around in the company for years while performers are being slogged harder to meet KPIs No career advancement opportunities as they rather you to be a billing consultant (cash cow) forever

      I really appreciate your honest review. It's positive to see recognition of our culture and atmosphere, which we continue to develop. However, I am disappointed to read your various concerns. Our people are very important to us and we continue to improve our focus on recognising and rewarding good work, while offering opportunities to help people develop their careers and keep morale high. More work has to be done and comments and feedback like yours will be used to drive this process.

      Pros

      This job is amazing. I wanted to learn a new skill to enhance my current skillset. I'm learning to fix DME (Durable Medical Equipment), which is something I always wanted to learn how to do. This has provided me that opportunity. The staff at Manpower and Bio One have been great. The employees (my colleagues) are amazing and funny people. It's a pleasure to go into work. It's like a small net family so far. Now keep in mind I've only been working for 3 weeks, but so far it has been a very good experience.

      No cons really other than getting dirty ond 5:30 am wake up.
