Thank you for taking the time to review your employment with Manpower. I'm glad you enjoyed working with your team, but I’m sorry to hear your progression experience wasn’t more positive. We have invested heavily in training and development over the past two years. To name a few initiatives, there's the formation of a Talent Team, a new Talent Hub making it easy to access and sign up to training, and dedicating Wednesday mornings to development activities in all our branches. We're seeing more positivity around 'career and development' in our annual employee survey too. However, I appreciate that there is still much more we can do to make sure there is more structure in job roles and we are committed as a business to continue making these improvements.
