Pros
They work hard for you and truly are on your side. The company I contract for is great, we are truly one of the team here and are appreciated. The pay is great, the people are great and we really are like family here.
Cons
You're a contractor and can still be laid off at any time. The medical benefits package is very pricey, there's no sick or vacation pay. You are at the mercy of the company you are contracting for.
