      During early years with the agency...I was kept engaged (work-wise)

      As I got older (63) my assignments became less (although competence and work performance did not lack).

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
