      Pros

      I was able to work independantly, I liked my schedule, and the employees were friendly. in addition the work was not strenuous and tedious, but more enjoyable to complete daily tasks

      Cons

      I had to be able to muti-task as the maintenence person to versatility was a challenge. i had to make sure I paid attention to detail, or that would boomerang the operation
