      The best part was the exposure and connection I made as a contractor for IBM. The staffing agency is a hands off institution.

      Cons

      The benefits packaged offered to long term contractors are horrible. The new system for determining holiday pay eligibility is design to make many people ineligible.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
