      Pros

      It provides quick paying employment. It also provides a step in the door of large and good paying companies for possible permanent employment in the future.

      Cons

      Manpower is a temp. agency without good benefits. There is also not a great chance for moving up or getting a raise. You must also take 1 month off.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
