Staffing Specialist - Anonymous employee Manpower Employee Review

I took the job hoping to help people. They did not care about anyone who came in except for the fact that they made money off of them. We were not allowed to refer to them to another staffing company even if we couldn't help them. The branch I worked for never tried to obtain new business. The way they would talk about people was awful. I did not enjoy working there. I want to help people and make difference and this place was all about the money. I understand that it is a business but I also thought I would be able to use my skills to help those in need and was in trouble all the time for doing what I thought was right.
