      Pay is not bad, it's fine.

      Cons

      HR does a terrible job, and it's very hard to communicate with them. Apart from that, the job is very demanding—no career opportunity.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
