Extremely low pay, couldn’t live of my almost fulltime job and sometimes have to go to work pretty sick, since I can’t afford the paycut (due to the Swedish system of karensdag and paycuts on sickdays) Being sick is the worst. You are required to call in to a callcenter in the mornings, depending on the person on the other line it is very uncomfortable. Long waiting times, having to explain why you can’t work, and depending on the person on the other end you have to do that daily early in the morning.
