Pros
Good colleagues and was previously able to run a business without micromanaging.
Cons
I am supported Losing Clients, Losing People and Losing Trust posting. As a sales-driven organization, maintaining strong client relationships should always be a priority. Clients should feel valued and supported, not approached purely from a collection or transactional perspective. Relationship management, professionalism, and mutual respect are what sustain long-term business growth. CM roles, especially management positions, should also focus on contributing to business growth, team development, and creating a healthy working environment — not becoming overly focused on minor internal matters while bigger operational concerns remain unresolved. Building a business is never easy. Those involved in sales and business development understand the pressure, effort, and persistence required to maintain clients and generate revenue. This is why leadership should always take time to understand the realities faced by teams on the ground before placing blame on individuals. High employee turnover is often a sign that there may be gaps in communication, understanding, support, or leadership approach. Constructive feedback should be encouraged openly and fairly from all levels, rather than relying on one-sided narratives or surrounding decisions with favoritism. I genuinely hope higher management will take the opportunity to listen objectively, evaluate situations fairly, and create an environment built on accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect for everyone involved.
