      Pros

      Good benefits and PTO. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Management is about friendship. If they like you, you will be OK if not they will find a way to fire you. You will have to work extremely hard for a no so good pay. HR is useless when it comes to complaints and management will retaliate against you. Manpower lost its focus and outsourcing became a priority.

      A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though

      Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job

      Low pay, no PTO or holiday pay
