Pros
Culture, diversity, engagement programs, and global presence. Company has a full range of innovative workforce solutions making it capable to customize its services to clients. Forward looking and a very ethical company. Top Management is very experienced regionally speaking.
Cons
Low base pay but still at par with the industry. No other offices outside Manila. Poor PR. Very lean organization that makes delivery of services inconsistent. Equipment not as technologically at par with the industry. Given its global presence, it does not do much to leverage on this.
