Pros
- Hires recent grads - onsite parking (MKE office) - different training opportunities - onsite cafeteria & Starbucks (there is nothing else around there really) - Business Resource Groups - Community involvement
Cons
- Low pay (starts at 13$ an hour when I left after a year and a half 16$) -Start as a contract employee which means you have to pay all your own benefits and it can take a year or more to become staff. They are not always open about how to level up and not everyone seems to get told the same information. - Teams are so big that its easy not to get recognized - managers play favorites - lots of middle management - difficult projects not distributed equally - high pressure on filling short deadline - little direction from management and projects can change 4 times in one day - HIGH TURNOVER this is both because they let people go often and due to people wanting to get the heck out of there. (I was like the 5th person to leave in a span of 3 weeks)
