Cons
Because ManpowerGroup is such a large organization, change can take time to implement. New Leadership has come into play within North America during the last year, and the culture is evolving and the level of energy is improving. Previous to this, the organization was in more of a 'cut costs and stop investing in people and technology' stage that really put the company at a disadvantage competitively. Looking forward to seeing the new leadership and strategy changes in action.
