CEO monitors employees linkedin over weekend and sends people to push staff to add company logo to social media photos. Insinuates you may lose your job for not likening and sharing their content. Salaries are dismal at best, extremely cheap, expect well below the market. Pretend they care about health and safety and company culture when it’s all for show. Upper management gossips and tries their best to get away with ripping people off except for their chosen favorites, and accepts workplace bullying. Forces employees to sign a contract stating they will take legal action if you say a negative word about them and you need “permission” to have a pt job.
