      Get to meet a lot of people

      Cons

      Felt a lot like high school, upper management always competing against each other. Very hard to advance. Also hours, lucky to get a break or lunch or end on time. Not worth the salary, can make higher base and actual bonuses elsewhere.

      I like that the HR proactively provides us with raises without us having to ask

      Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job
