Pros
The epitome of a flexible workplace, they have no problem letting you work from home as long as you get your work done. The building can house a thousand people, but there are only about 300 in the office at any given time. Benefits are very good. Pay is very good. Co-workers are very nice; no drama whatsoever. Gorgeous location along the Riverwalk. On-site cafeteria. Free parking in structure. Walking distance from everything downtown.
Cons
For a company that is known for staffing, recruitment, and HR, it has a horribly disorganized onboarding system. The recruiters are extremely helpful during the interview process, but once you're hired, you have no idea who to contact for benefits information, what benefits you even have, who can setup your phone and computer (all Tier 1 IT works out of India, which makes getting anything IT-related done nearly impossible), etc. Also, very rigid workplace rules and dress code.
