      Pros

      Awesome team with the Engineering Perm Placement. Commission plan is pretty solid.

      Cons

      Very low salary per industry standards. Since Manpower took over the Engineering vertical there is a lot less autonomy. Not a lot of room for growth

      I like that the HR proactively provides us with raises without us having to ask

      A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though
