Pros

Everyone's in the same boat Easy interview

Cons

Very low pay and a tiered structure to leave you just satisfied enough to stay ($1/hr raises for hitting lists of goals/accomplishments) - this may have changed post-COVID Bottom line > customer/client needs Concerns lost on managers (they will keep telling you you're doing a great job when the issue is that you just need more support) Involuntary OT - if you are intrinsically motivated and care about the standards of your work, you will not be able to get all the work done and done well in the 8 hours...Unless you work secret OT (because they won't move you to salaried). It's either compromise your standards or work unpaid Overall they are in a prime position to target new grads who do not have an understanding of how the market works. It also devalues what the employee believes their time is worth and causes them to short-sell themselves when they start looking elsewhere. Advice if you need a job: Get in and get out.

A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though
