You aren't allowed to speak to management above your district manager. Your district manager can be jealous of you, so even when you excel, you are at the mercy of how your district manager feels about you, as to whether or not you receive a raise, or if they are going to keep you on. Manpower is a king without clothes. On the outside to strangers, they look state of the art, lean, and a powerhouse. In essence, they are no better than a local temporary help company.
