Competing daily for your job. Once Management decided they didn't like you, you were guaranteed to be gone. Micromanaged all the time. Actually threatened with physical violence and HR managed to victim blame and basically say I was a hysterical, over-exaggerating, drama starting woman. No home life--worked three months straight without a day off. Your coworkers will stab you in the back the first chance that they get--no one is your friend there. Fire you under false allegations so you can't come back and sue them. My firing was a direct retaliation from the physical violence investigation.
