Pros

Great place to work if you love the sport of running. Went in everyday excited to be there and loved my coworkers and upper management. Very fun to learn about new shoe technology when new shoes come out.

Cons

If you are looking to move into a sales rep position at a shoe company it can take a few years but thats just the reality of the industry.

Friendly and supportive coworkers. Good environment if you're looking for a simple part-time retail job. Opportunities to learn basic customer service and retail operations.

Cons

Leadership presence on the sales floor was barren and inconsistent during busy periods, which increased the workload for frontline employees. Often felt like operational metrics and sales took priority over employee support and development. Communication from management regarding scheduling and attendance expectations was often unclear and felt impersonal. Attendance policies were enforced very strictly, with little flexibility for occasional mistakes. Limited feedback and transparency from management when workplace issues arose.
