I work under a manager who knowingly flouts laws around sick time usage, and who instills fear in employees by giving inappropriate edicts related to taking earned time off and even what running shoes to wear to the job. The company has a culture that purports to be all about making employees motivated to sell, but in reality only cares about the bottom line. The management turnover is ridiculous and top management seems to have no clue or does but isn’t willing to actually change anything for the better. Schedules each week are done haphazardly, and one never know what hours they are working until practically the day before. There is also zero respect for diversity,
