Pros
Keep in mind that everything I say may only pertain to the specific location I worked at, because these are franchises. This is a great first job: flexible schedule, not too long hours, easy work, and you get tips. It is a great job for learning how to provide good customer service, therefore being a decent springboard to other jobs.
Cons
The particular location I worked at had a manager that was fairly nice, and knew the job well, but he did not take care of the location. Most things were fixed with duct tape and would break constantly. He would also allow workers to slack off on cleaning, resulting in a not so sanitary environment sometimes. Advancement opportunities are lacking, as there are only two positions you can have. Pay is kind of low as well, but for a first job, and tips included, it isn't so bad.
